First off; amazing. The woman cosplaying as Neo Queen Serenity, is holding her 6-month old baby girl who is cosplaying as Princess Rini. She made the costumes herself, and her baby is wearing a knitted cap to keep her head warm. She even made her husbands costume (whom we sadly didn't get a picture of or got to see).
